- Solid HTML and XSL skills
- Knowledge in Flash, Dream weaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, DHML, XML, XSL,CSS, ASP and other front end scripting languages

- Experienced with Object Oriented design and development is a plus.
- Good sense of graphic design including color, composition and typography.
- Understand bandwidth limitations and optimization tactics.
